Returns Policy
IMPORTANT: Custom/Personalized Products
All of our draft boards are custom-made with your submitted photos and selected template design. Because each board is personalized specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom orders. All sales are final once your order is confirmed and production begins.
We DO Accept Returns/Replacements For:
- Defective products - printing errors, material defects, quality issues
- Incorrect orders - wrong template design, wrong size, production errors
- Shipping damage - board arrives damaged despite proper packaging
To Request a Return for Defects or Errors:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the defect or error
- Description of the issue
We will review your request and provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Before You Order - Please Review Carefully:
- Double-check your selected template design before checkout
- Ensure uploaded photos are high-quality, well-lit, front-facing, and high-resolution
- We reserve the right to request new photos if submissions are too low-quality to produce an acceptable product
- Once production begins, changes cannot be made
Refunds: If we approve your return, you should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days. This includes the time it takes us to receive and inspect your return (if applicable) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Shipping Policy
Continental US Only
We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or internationally at this time.
Shipping Timeline:
- Orders are custom-made to order
- Production time: 2-4 business days after photo approval
- Shipping time: 3-7 business days (depending on location and method selected)
- Total delivery time: 8-12 business days from order confirmation
Shipping Methods:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Rush Production available for additional fee (contact us for availability)
Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your board ships. You can track your package using this number.
Shipping Damage: If your board arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no charge.
