1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Products & Orders All draft boards are custom-made to order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice. Prices at time of order placement are final for that order.
3. Photo Submissions & Permissions By submitting photos, you confirm you have full rights and permissions to use those images. You assume all liability for submitted content. We are not responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized use of photos or likenesses submitted by customers.
4. Intellectual Property All website content, designs, graphics, and logos are the property of Punishment Boards and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind. Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for their order.
6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
7. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
